My name is Frani Foltz I have been a realtor for 14 years. I started in Real Estate doing Mortgage Loans incorporated Real Estate. I am currently in my second year working with buyers and sellers. I have worked most aspects of Real Estate from equity sales to short sales. I have been involved in helping home owners navigate through Divorce, Short Sales, Downsizing, Upsizing, Notice of Default/Sales. I assist with information also. Many times we find our selves in a situation we are uncertain of the direction.

Are you aware that if you have received a notice of default, by California law, the mortgage lender can no longer work with you to modify your loan? It is always good to be proactive and talk to your bank/lender and what your options are. How do you beat the bank and not let them control the direction your financial and personal life? By not letting them take your home without a fight, whether it’s getting that modification they can manipulate at any time or to sell your home and be in charge.

From a client perspective, whether on the buying or selling side of residential real estate, there is a lot at stake. The uncertainty of price, market timing, relocation, and a host of other outcomes can wreak havoc on a family. With that in mind, I am both humbled and proud of the role I am able to play in helping families navigate these obstacles. Those who have worked with me in the past are probably the best to characterize what it is like to work with me. On a personal level, I am originally from Los Angeles and relocated to San Diego County exactly 30 years ago (1986); while everyone certainly has faults I’ve yet to be faulted for that… Today, my love for the area grows daily along with my husband of 23 years, four daughters, and three pets (dog, cat, and bearded dragon!). My regular “swirl” of activities beyond real estate include interior decorating, hiking, cycling, camping, and generally being outdoors.
